Charitable Board of Quang Ninh District Rural Development and Poverty Reduction Fund (RDPR) implemented the relief activities for the flood victims.
After a period of preparation, on 11.26.2016 the Charitable Board (under RDPR) implemented the relief activities for the flood victims in the two last floods happening October and early November this year in Quang Binh in collaboration with Tu Bi Foundation located in Texas - United States. The relief activities were funded by Tu Bi Foundation.
Charity Committee of Rural Development and Poverty Reduction Fund Quang Ninh districts, Quang Binh province has been promoting the efficiency role in relief for of natural disasters compatriots flood.
An organization whose established under the Decree 177/1999 and comply with the Decree 64/2008 / ND / CP on charitable activities, Rural Development and Poverty Reduction Fund Quang Ninh districts has been decided to establish Charity Committee, which performed the task of mobilizing funding from organizations and individuals domestic and foreign for emergency relief for the flood disaster community.
Vietnam River network relief flood victims at RDPR’s project area
Recently, Vietnam River Network combined with RDPR to handover the flood relief for Centre for Children with Disability at Hien Ninh Commune and people at Khe Ngang Village, Truong Xuan Commune.
