RDPR granted to restore local culture of Van Kieu ethnic minority

After making a survey on traditional culture of Van Kieu ethnic minority at the begining of this year, Rural Development and Poverty Reduction Fund, Quang Ninh district (RDPR) granted to restore and develop local culture of the Van Kieu in the 02 mountainous communes of Truong Son and Truong Xuan.
A team of singing songs in Van Kieu language was established at Khe Ngang village, Truong Xuan commune. Amount of 10 millions VND was granted to seek and buy traditional music instruments and clothing of the Van Kieu such as gong, clarinet, dress, headscrarf, necklace, bracelet, etc.
The Fund are making a plan to do the same with the total money of more than 15 millions at some villages in Truong Son commune. Besides restoring culture, agricultural tools will be also restored. After restoring successful at some village, the restore will be done at the whole commune.
